Tezcanlar Yatırım R&D Centre Building

Designed in the Adana Organised Industrial Zone, the Tezcanlar Yatırım R&D Centre Building treats wall and roof as a single volume through its modern, futuristic faceted façade, taking the building beyond traditional façade typologies. With staff preparation rooms, hygienic transit areas, R&D and microbiology laboratories and pilot plants on the ground floor, it is conceived as an integrated “research park”.

At the entrance, a gallery void running along the façade, wheat-themed uprights rising behind the reception desk and a specially lit staircase give visitors a distinctive welcome. The upper floor, designed with staff wellbeing in mind, holds dynamic social spaces enriched with recreation areas such as table football and billiards.

The project’s architectural and technical design is complete, and it is at the investment-planning stage.
