This website is run by KRCLAB Laboratuvar Ekipmanları – Ziya Karcı (“KRCLAB”). By using it you accept the terms below.
Purpose of the Site
This site presents KRCLAB’s products, services and completed projects. Nothing is sold on it and no prices are given. Requests sent from the site are enquiries and requests for quotation; a sales contract is only made when the parties accept a written quotation from KRCLAB.
Nature of the Content
Product dimensions, technical specifications and standards information are based on KRCLAB’s catalogues and are given for information. KRCLAB reserves the right to improve its products, and specifications may change without notice. Some of the product images are 3D renderings; colours, materials and accessories may look different on the actual product. The sizes, materials and configuration that suit your project are always agreed together at the quotation stage.
Intellectual Property
The texts, photographs, 3D images, technical drawings, videos, catalogues, logo and design on this site belong to KRCLAB or are used by KRCLAB under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, published or used commercially without KRCLAB’s written permission. You may download our catalogues to assess your own needs and share them within your organisation.
The names and logos of the organisations on the References page belong to those organisations and are shown only to list the organisations we have worked with.
Your Obligations
- Give accurate information of your own in the forms,
- do not attach files that contain malware or infringe the rights of others,
- do not attempt anything that would disrupt the site, overload it or put its security at risk.
Links
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. Their providers are responsible for their content and their handling of personal data.
Limitation of Liability
KRCLAB takes due care to keep the site running without interruption or errors, but cannot guarantee that maintenance, technical faults or problems at its service providers will never cause an interruption. To the extent permitted by law, KRCLAB is not liable for indirect damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of information on the site.
